terrible receptionist service by one particular individual with ginger hair and glasses, I cant speak for the rest as they may be really good, but because of her my experience at this walk in centre was awful. Really unhelpful, rude and with no personal skills whatsoever. Gave one word answers and was pretty useless at finding a solution for anything. I asked how long the wait was approximately (a pretty normal question) and her answer was 'you'll get seen when you get seen!' Terrible

Not possible to make an appointment either - 8am / 2pm / in advance. Receptuonist not helpfull at all apart from time to time we see Nadine. What the point to be registred with GP if impossible to see doctor and book an appointment. Very disappointed.

It is difficult to get an appointment in the future. You are advised to ring at 8 am in the morning which is frustrating as it is unnecessary for non urgent appointments. I am a patient of the surgery but often wait for an hour to get seen for my appointment. The above said I still have received excellent treatment and service at this practice.

I'm recovering from a mental breakdown supposed to be following a program to reduce my medication. After care has been appalling can never get appointment and never get my prescription right, I finally got a appointment after 5 month of trying and got to see a great doctor (DrJay) doubt I get to see him again.

I am a patient and I now use the walking rather than trying to book an appointment because my experience is that appointments can never be made. Confidence as a doctors for appointments is rather poor. The walk in is very good once seen. But the wait is long, probably because people do the same as myself.
